Challenge
Palmhills Landing had to communicate real estate value quickly and route high-intent leads to the right sales team, while showcasing community lifestyle and unit options.
We built around strong imagery, location highlights, and a short inquiry flow that works on mobile. The challenge was balancing rich media with performance, keeping forms lightweight, and ensuring lead details reached sales with the right source context.

We organized the site around location benefits, lifestyle imagery, and a short lead form, with sections that can be reordered for seasonal campaigns and ads.
The solution includes optimized galleries, lightweight animations, and clear contact capture with validation. We ensured fast mobile performance and structured metadata so listings preview well in search and social shares.
