Challenge
The e-commerce platform needed a scalable catalog and a frictionless checkout that could handle promotions, inventory changes, and payments.
We prioritized search, filters, and product detail clarity, then reduced checkout steps for conversion. The challenge was coordinating cart state, pricing rules, and stock updates while keeping the UI responsive and maintaining trust during payment.
Solution
We built a product grid with faceted filtering, a clear PDP hierarchy, and a streamlined cart and checkout path that minimizes steps and keeps pricing transparent.
Cart and inventory state are centralized so promotions and stock updates stay accurate across views. Images are sized responsively, and critical routes are prefetched to keep browsing and checkout smooth even during peak traffic.
