Challenge
Scaling Champions Hub LMS meant supporting thousands of learners, courses, quizzes, and payments while keeping admin workflows fast, auditable, and easy to manage.
The challenge was connecting enrollment, progress tracking, certificates, and billing so instructors could run cohorts without spreadsheets. We needed clear role-based access, reliable progress calculations, and dashboards that stayed responsive as data grew.
Solution
We built a modular course and cohort model with clear admin, instructor, and learner roles, backed by reliable progress calculations and payment flows that stay consistent across the product.
The solution uses normalized data structures, reusable dashboard components, and guarded routes for each role. We optimized list views, filters, and summary cards to keep workflows fast, and added certificate generation plus audit-friendly logs so teams can trust completion states.
